Buyer Access Policy

1. Account Access Is Not Property Access

A registered buyer account does not grant access to any property data room. Each property requires a separate inquiry, qualification review, NDA acceptance and approval.

2. Property-Specific Qualification

Applicants may be asked to disclose transaction role, acquisition purpose, indicative budget, funding position, timing, site-visit interest, potential LOI timing and other relevant information.

3. Credentials & Security

Accounts are personal to the registered user. Credential sharing may result in suspension.

4. Confidentiality

Data-room information may be used only to evaluate the relevant property opportunity and may not be disclosed or reused outside that purpose.
